Please pay particular attention when typing your name as you would like it to appear on your Firewalking Instructor certificate. The name will be printed exactly as you type it, so please ensure titles, capitals, punctuation & spacing are all correct. If you later request that this be changed, this will incur a £25 admin fee. What you type in this field is exactly what will be printed.
